Do you take my insurance?
MŪV FREE is an out-of-network provider, therefore we do not take health insurance. We collect payment directly from our clients when services are rendered. Clients can use their health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA). We can also provide a superbill for each session, which the client can submit to their insurance if they would like to use their out-of-network benefits. The superbill is an itemized medical receipt for the session.
Do I need a prescription or referral from a doctor to get started?
Clients do not require a prescription or referral to be treated for the first 15 consecutive business days. To continue the plan of care after that, clients will require a referral.
